Armenia’s Defense Minister attends NATO meeting in Brussels

On June 27 the Armenian delegation headed by Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan took part in the meeting of defense ministers of the nations contributing to the Resolute Support Mission, held at NATO headquarters in Brussels.

In his speech, Davit Tonoyan reiterated Armenia’s commitment to fulfill its share of duties under the command of Allied Forces Northern Europe.

After the defense ministers’ discussion Tonoyan held a number of meetings with his counterparts from NATO member and ally states, the Armenian Defense Ministry said.

The parties have reached agreements on bilateral and multilateral cooperation programs in defense and discussed matters of regional security.
